Workshop on IPR for Students and Faculty Members
The MHRD’s Innovation Cell Facebook Live Session Workshop on IPR for students and Faculty Members was conducted on 10th January 2019, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, in the Old Seminar Hall, Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology, Nellore. The resource person, Ms. Shwetasree Majumder, Principal, FIDUS LAW CHAMBER, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, gave a detailed explanation on the topics of Innovation, Patents, Branding, Trademarks, Protection of IP, Entrepreneurship and Digital Age. Around 72 students and 12 faculty members from the Departments of ECE, CSE and Mechanical Engineering attended the session and attained the knowledge about IPR. At the end of the session Mr. P Raghava Reddy, HoD/ECE, Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology, Nellore proposed a formal vote of thanks marking the conclusion of the programme.
