Report on Webinar on Career Opportunities After B.Tech _ ME
The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology(GIST) successfully conducted webinar on “Career Opportunities after B.Tech in ME” on 9th July, 2021 at 2.00pm.
The inaugural session was preceded by Dr. Ch.Sreenivasa Rao, Associate professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering and addressed gathering by Dr.P.Chakrapani, Head of IICC and importance of the workshop by Dr.G.Subba Rao, Principal of GIST.
The resource person is Anand Kumar, B.E(honours) RGPV, Bhopal, M.Tech(Thermal) Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. He has Teaching experience of 11 years, Gate/ESE domain experience of 7 years.
The webinar was organized with the objective of promoting the awareness and skills among the 2nd year, 3rd year and final year students about career opportunities in GATE and other competitive exams.Career planning is an individual activity that occurs throughout a person’s working lifetime.
