One Day Industrial Visit
On
“Integral Coach Factory, Chennai”
The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized industrial visit for IV B.Tech I-sem EEE Students to “Integral Coach Factory,Chennai.”on16thMarch 2018. The students gained knowledge in the traction applications and learned about the communication systems used in the railway operations, transmission and distribution systems components along with their recent advancements.The visit helped the students to have their innovations in the railway applications so that have they can develop their final projects related to it. They were taught on the various current technologies like Robotic Laser Welding, the design procedure of electrical motors used in the traction purposes. Two faculty members Dr.JaffarSadiq Ali, HoD/EEE and Mr.Ashok, Assistant Professor/EEE, engaged 26 students for the visit.
