“A LIVE WEBINAR ON IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY, 2020”
The Industry Institute Coordination Cell (IICC) of Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Nellore, Andhra Pradesh has organized a live webinar on “Implementation of National Education Policy, 2020” on 12-11-2020, during 7.00PM- 8.30PM.
Prof. Dr. G. Subba Rao,Principal and Dr. Ch. Sreenivasa Rao, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology, Nellore, was the resource persons. The webinar was organized and hosted by Dr. P. Chakrapani, HOD, IICC.
Prof. Dr. G. Subba Rao, the first speaker explained the key continents of National Education Policy, 2020 and its progressive vision for a higher education. He also differentiated the newly brought up policy with existing education policy.
Dr. Ch. Sreenivasa Rao explained the comprehensive framework for elementary education to higher education as well as vocational training in both rural and urban India and also focus on how Indian education system will transform by 2040.
The programme was interactive and the participants got awareness on NEP, 2020. Dr. P. Chakrapani HoD,IICC, welcomed the guest warmly and addressed the participants.
