Three Day Workshop on Indian Game Development Challenge (IGDC)

A three day workshop on “Indian Game Development Challenge (IGDC)’’ was organized by the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering department, from 12th October 2018 to 14th October 2018 in collaboration with APSSDC. The experts from APSSDC explained various concepts of Game development related aspects right from the fundamentals for III year B.Tech ECE students.

The Principal of GIST, Prof. Dr. G.Subba Rao, in the inaugural address also mentioned the demand of Game development in the related fields. The head of the department of ECE, Mr.P.Raghava Reddy, Mr.K.Prabhkar Reddy, Assoc. Professor and faculty members of ECE also took part in the inauguration.

The workshop was organized with the objective of promoting awareness and skills among the students about Game Development through Build Box Game Engine. Mr.Irfan and Mr.Phani participated in the event as resource persons. The three day workshop evoked good response among the students who delivered immense techniques for developing the Game.
