Department of CSE organized a National Level Symposium, TECHNOPHILIE-2k22 on June 17 2022. As a part of the event, Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in association with VOICE conducted various competitions indulging Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Technical Quiz, General Quiz, Pictionary, Project Exhibition, Spell Bee, Debugging C and Python, Fast Typing and Treasure Hunt. Many number of students They are  800 students participated in the events with great enthusiasm.  Students who have presented Best Paper, Poster, Project and Scored highest in Technical Quiz, Spell Bee, Debugging C and Python, Fast Typing, Treasure Hunt, Pictionary and General Quiz were appreciated and awarded with Cash Prizes.

They were spoke the contemporary times rightly acclaimed as ‘Computer Age’ or ‘Digital Era’, is witnessing a large scale technological progress. Digital technology is proliferating at a rapid pace, and the emerging technologies are getting obsolete within no time. At this critical juncture, engineering aspirants need to lay a keen focus on upskilling and updating their technical expertise.

I strongly believe that this Tech Fest would go a long way in transforming the young engineering graduates into highly sophisticated, dynamic, human resources backed by necessary technical potential to grapple with the future challenges successfully and keep the nation a few notches above the advanced countries. Already our dynamic IT professionals are dominating the economies of the advanced nations as the US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc., with their technical capabilities and calibre.

The honorable personalities present in this occasion were Prof.Dr. G. Subba Rao, Principal, GIST; Prof.(Dr.) V. Sireesha , HoD/CSE;

Mr. Shaik Asiff and Ms. V Gayatri, summarized the program. All the personalities appreciated the department for organizing the symposium. The program was ended with vote of thanks by Ms. V. Bharathi,  Associate Professor, CSE Department.
