Preamble: A Drones Careers and Applications has been conducted on 14th -15th  June 2021 from 10:00AM TO 12:00PM organized by Department of  EEE, GIST, Nellore.

Resource Person Profile:

Ms.V.Indira, She is working as a HR Manager in Drone Institute of technology Tirupati.

Mr. shaik.Tahir, Mr.mani Barath, Ms. D.Manasa are the resource persons of Drones Institute of technology Tirupati.

They are explained about Drone careers and application in future and given lot of information. Thirty per cent of drones across the world have non-military uses in commercial, scientific, recreational, agricultural and other fields. The Indian military has deployed drones for tracking enemy movements along international borders, in rescue missions, and emergency services.

  • They are given the uses of Drones in Military, Delivery drones are usually autonomous UAVs that are used to transport food, packages or goods to your front doorstep,
  • Emergency Rescue, Outer Space Wildlife and Historical Conservation, Medicine, Photography

Participant’s Profile:

The total of 212 participants were participated in the Drone careers and Application .Among those 13 participants are staff of Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology and remaining are the students of II year, III year, and  IV year.

Description about the Program:

Dr.TNVLN Kumar Sir, HoD of Department of EEE, participated and spoken about the importance of  the Drones for Electrical engineers, What are the Advancements in the Electrical area and How to utilize the opportunities  after the course.

A total number of 212 students from EEE department have participated in this session. The session was effective and the students got knowledge about Drones importance in present  scenario. The entire session was an interactive session and the speakers answered many queries raised by the participants.
