Report on 7th National Conference on Innovative Technologies in Electrical Engineering (NCITEE-2K25)
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Geethanjali Institute of Science & Technology (GIST), Nellore, successfully organized the 7th National Conference on Innovative Technologies in Electrical Engineering (NCITEE-2K25) on 12th April 2025. The conference aimed to provide a platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to share knowledge, present their research work, and discuss recent advancements in electrical engineering.
Inaugural Ceremony
The event commenced with a formal inaugural function at 10:00 AM, which began with the lighting of the lamp by all the dignitaries, symbolizing the light of knowledge and innovation.
The Convener of the Conference, Dr. T. Ravi Kumar, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, welcomed the participants and briefed the gathering on the objectives and importance of the conference.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Sundeep Kumar K, Principal of GIST Nellore, addressed the gathering and emphasized the relevance of organizing national-level conferences to promote research culture and foster academic collaboration. He appreciated the efforts of the department in bringing together experts and scholars from across the country.
Dr. TNVLN Kumar, Dean of A & S, graced the occasion as the Special Guest and delivered a motivating speech on the significance of such technical events. He lauded the efforts of the organizing team and extended his heartfelt congratulations to the convener and faculty for successfully conducting the event.
Release of Conference Proceedings
The dignitaries formally released the conference proceedings of NCITEE-2K25, marking the documentation of the research contributions and scholarly discussions that would unfold during the event.
Technical Sessions
The paper presentation sessions began at 11:50 AM and were conducted in hybrid mode, enabling participation from researchers across different parts of the country. A total of 85 authors from various institutions across India presented their papers, covering a wide range of innovative topics in electrical and electronics engineering.
The success of the conference was made possible by the continuous support and encouragement from the Director Sir Prof. Dr. G. Subba Rao and the Management of Geethanjali Institute of Science & Technology. The Convener, Dr. T. Ravi Kumar, expressed his sincere thanks to the Management, Director, Principal, all the Heads of other Departments, conference coordinators, the teaching and non-teaching staff and Students volunteers for their collective efforts in organizing the conference efficiently and effectively.
