Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) Report
The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on 24-09-2025 for the II & III B.Tech CSE students. Around 40 parents attended the PTM.

- Academic progress and Mid-I examination results of students were discussed.
- Attendance status and cases of shortage were highlighted.
- Faculty mentors shared details of student discipline, mentoring outcomes, and overall behavior.
- Information was provided about upcoming departmental activities, including the AI/ML Workshop (25th–27th September 2025), industrial visits, and seminars.
- Placement readiness and internship opportunities were discussed with parents.
- Parents appreciated the department’s efforts and suggested frequent updates on student progress.
- Action plans such as remedial classes for slow learners and regular communication with parents were assured.
The PTM was successfully conducted with active parent participation. Constructive feedback was received, and the department assured necessary steps for enhancing student academic performance and career readiness.
