Prof.Dr. N. Srinivasa Rao,Professor,Department of ECE Matrusri Engg College, Hyderabad ,delivered lecture on “Latest Trends in Antennas & Applications” during 22-10-2016 & 23-10-2016 for III B.Tech ECE students. The primary objective of this programme is to bridge theoretical concepts learnt by the students to the practical Antennas developed for Defence applications. The resource person focused on Antenna fundamentals, Electronic War components, Capabilities in antenna technology, EW Antenna objectives, Omni antennas, Frequency Independent Antennas, Spiral Antennas, and Helix Spiral Antennas. He also emphasize d on the use of Direction finding systems.
