  1. Introduction

The International Conference on Latest Trends in Electronics Communication and AI Technologies (ICLTECAT-2025) was held from 02-04-2025 to 03-04-2025 organized by Department of ECE and Dept. of AI&ML in association with IETE, Tirupati and ISTE (AP Section) at Geethanjali Institute of Science & Technology, Gangavaram, Nellore. This prestigious event brought together scholars, researchers, industry experts, and practitioners from around the globe to discuss cutting-edge advancements in the fields of Electronics, Communication systems, and Artificial Intelligence. This conference aimed to provide a collaborative platform to explore the evolving trends and their real-world applications in today’s technological landscape.

The scope of (ICAECAT-2025) is to provide an international forum to promote, enhance, and stimulate international research interactions and collaboration in the fields of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Healthcare, and Information Technology. It will facilitate to promote the exchange of ideas among interested researchers, students, industrialists, developers and practitioners.

The conference was started with the welcome address from our beloved Principal Dr. Sundeep Kumar K, and the theme of the conference was elucidated by Dr. U. Penchalaiah, HoD/ ECE.
