Industry Visited: Mobile Programming India Pvt Ltd.

In order to enhance the practical simulation and let them have an overview on the activities related to Software and its Development in day to day life a batch of IV B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering Student and two staff coordinators visited the Mobile Programming India Pvt.Ltd at Bangalore on 21st October 2017.This sector is mainly focusing on the Development of mobile applications.
Mr. Surendra Babu Technical Lead, talked about various testing principles and methodologies, which are being applied at nowadays. He stated that every software development group tests its products, yet delivered software always has defects. Test engineers strive to catch them before the product is released but they always creep in and they often reappear, even with the best manual testing processes. Test Automation software is the best way to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and coverage of software testing. Automated software testing has long been considered critical for big software development organizations but is often thought to be too expensive or difficult for smaller companies to implement.
The speaker emphasized that Software Testing has emerged as one of the key areas where students can build their career in industry. He also discussed regarding current IT trends, how to get placement, mantras for success and answered number of queries posed by the students.
