INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS 2019
Geethanjali Institute of science and technology has celebrated 73rd Independence Day on 15th August 2019 with great enthusiasm and respect.
The college secretary and correspondent Sri. N.Sudhakar Reddy and Director Sri. T.N.V.L.N. Kumar, were escorted by the college band.Students performed March-past with the drill playing loud and tri-colour flag, flying high.Especially girls students participation in marchpastwasnoticeable.
Regarding this, the college secretary and correspondent Sri. N.Sudhakar Reddy addressed the students that “We must be gratitude to the selfless service of our great freedom fighters and have to remember their sacrifices.Suggested students to follow the Ideals of great people”.All the Heads of the Departments spoke about the significance of the historic day.
The programme was monitored by college NSS Programme Officer Sri M. Mahesh Kumar, PD Sri. P. Ashok Kumar. College Director Sri. T.N.V.L.N. Kumar, all HOD’s, all faculty members and students were participated in this programme.
