“International Conference on Advanced Trends in Computer Science & Information Technology (ICATCSIT-18)”
The “International Conference on Advanced Trends in Computer Science & Information Technology (ICATCSIT-18)” is being organized by Department of Computer Science and Technology, Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology, Kovur, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh during 24th – 25th August 2018 in association with LabtechInnovationsTM.
Addressing the students after inaugural lighting of the ceremonial lamp on the occasion chief guest Dr. SubhransuSekhar Dash,Professor and Head Department of Electrical Engineering,Government College of Engineering ,Odisha. urged the students to cultivate innovative and creative thinking and contribute to the scientific and technological progress of the country.
Another Guest of Honour PROF. BILAL SALIH ABED ALHAYANI, Ph.D.,University in Istanbul, Turkey said plenty of employment opportunities would be available to the aspirants if they develop right skills and competencies keeping pace with the current global job market requirements and expectations.
Participating in the event as the special Guest Er. Sunil Kumar Thakur,Founder President & CEO, Labtech Innovations emphasized the need for possessing a strong grip on the fundamental concepts of computer engineering apart from focusing on sharpening their communication skills and soft skills.
Dr. G. SubbaRao,Principal said that such academics activities would boost up the creative abilities of the student.
Mr. N. Sudhakar Reddy, Secretary and Correspondent, Dr. Y. Jahnavi ,HOD CSE and other department HOD’s participated in the event.
The International Conference attracted over 136 submissions. Through rigorous peer reviews 82 high quality papers were recommended by the Committee. The Conference aptly focuses on the tools and techniques for the developments on current technology.
