MAKING EXAMS FUN: Chat With PM Modi
The III CSE Students of GIST watched the live address delivered to the X class and XII standard (CBSE) students at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 16-02-2018 in the afternoon 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. under the initiative “MAKING EXAMS FUN: Chat with PM Modi“.
The Prime Minister interacted first with the students who displayed posters, paintings, highlighting the exam related stress, its causes and effects. Hon’ble union HRD Minister Mr. Prakash Javadekar began his address while several other union ministers watched the proceedings. Mr. Prakash Javadekar stressed on imparting quality education, describing it as key for nation’s development.
The PM Modi took over the session and the students posed many questions to him. To a question how to cope with difficulty in focusing on studies without distraction, the PM replied that yoga and meditation would ensure intense focus and concentration. A student asked the PM how he could overcome the persistent tension that lasts till the exam is over, the PM responded saying that the best course of action would be to enhance one’s confidence levels to overcome exam related tension, stress and anxiety.
The interactive session with the PM turned out to be an enlightening event and all the GIST Students vastly benefited from PM’s address.
