Report on “Gender Equality”
An awareness programme on “Gender equality” was organized by Internal Complaint Committee of Geethanjali Institute of Science & Technology for students at Z.P.P.High School, Kodavalur and at Saraswathi Vidya Mandir, Narthrajupalem, Nellore(Dt) on 07-02-2018. In both schools nearly 70 students are participated in different events. Several competitions were conducted during the time for the students of 6th to 10th standards. Role of women in modern society was very much highlighted throughout the event. Prizes were distributed to the winners. Dr. Ch. Kalyani, Nodal Teacher-Gender Champion Unit, Department of S&H, acted as the Coordinator of the programme.
