Fresher's Day Celebrations
Continuing with the proud tradition of college (GIST), IInd year students and Newcomers of the college have come together with “A Little music and the chunk of ice, new faces, and smiles all along, resounding laughter…. Yes it is a Party time” at the FRESHER’S PARTY-2K17 held on 17thAugust-2017 at college campus.
Our honourable principal Dr.G.SubbaRao garu inaugurated the event with his valuable speech enlightening the students about the need and importance of computer science and engineering.
Beloved Head of the Department Dr.Y.Jahnavi addressed the students elaborating on the Technical aspects in the field of computer science and engineering.
Our beloved Head of the Department Science and Humanities Mrs.K.Vijaya ignited the young minds calling upon their dreams, that they desire and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
As the mercury began to rise, the “Dance floor “was left open for the some of unbridled energy. Joy and happiness could be seen in each and every student. Other activities like singing, musical chairs were organised for the students.
Fresher’s party is all about making best start to the new academic year. A time to establish and foster everlasting and sustainable relation with each other.
The program turned out to be a scintillating success with the entire CSE faculty joining the program. “The magic in the air turned into the chords of pulsating rhythmic hearts and bonds for the year that lay ahead”.
