Awareness Programme on Universal Human Values and Personality Development at Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology
An awareness program on Universal Human Values and Personality Development was organized on Saturday (13-09-2025) for first-year B.Tech students at the renowned engineering college Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology in Nellore district. The event was conducted under the aegis of the college’s Science and Humanities (S&H) Department.
The chief guest of the program, renowned psychologist and personality development expert Sri G. Kodandaram, addressed the students and emphasized that students should have self-belief and work with confidence to solve even the most challenging problems. He stated that only when students develop interest and enthusiasm in their studies, they can achieve focused concentration, which in turn leads to extraordinary success.
He advised the students to concentrate their thoughts and attention solely on academics, to nurture human values, maintain good conduct, follow a life of honesty, uphold family values, and develop social awareness and responsibility.
Speaking on the occasion, the college Vice-Principal Dr. K. Sravan Kumar Reddy mentioned that the institute has been conducting a unique Induction Program for the past 20 days for first-year students. Through this program, the college is providing awareness about engineering education and preparing students to become winners in tomorrow’s competitive world.
Also present at the event were the Head of the S&H Department and Dean Dr. P.M. Kishore, Academic Dean Sri P. Babu, heads of various departments, faculty members, and students.
