The College has organized an awareness programme on 27th Nov 2017 at Gangavaram village on the usage of toilets and against open defecation. Ms. K. Radhika, Associate Professor of ECE Department, acted as the Coordinator for the programme. About 50 students participated in the programme explaining about personal and social hygiene and the need for using the toilets to maintain the levels of sanitation at home and village at large. The people were attentive to what the team has got to say and responded positively. The village elders promised to adopt appropriate measures to ensure construction of toilets.
