“The main moto of organizing this workshop was to create awareness on various Non- destructive testing methods adapted to understand the health condition and suitability of mechanicalpartsusedinvariousmachines.Moreover,theworkshopwasconductedtoenhance theemploymentopportunitiesforthestudentsbyexposingthemtovarioustrendsandpractices followed in retrofitting industries.”

No NDT method deals with finding the properties of thematerial,butonlytracesthepresenceofdefectsintermsofdepth,height,location,length and type of the defect.
