A One Week Workshop on “SolidEdge and ROBCAD”
The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an One Week Workshop on “SolidEdge and ROBCAD” by Mr. V. Raj Kumar and Mr. B. Mohan Babu, APSSDC from 25/03/2019 to 30/03/2019, nearly 120 students was attended this workshop. The Principal of GIST, Prof. Dr. G.SubbaRao addressed the students regarding the Role and importance of Solidedge and ROBCAD in today’s world. The resource person discussed about this workshop was organized by Mechanical Engineering department to enhance the skills and increase the employability of the students. In this workshop they came to know some of the tools that are used in Solidedge software and students got to know some of basic functions of robot parts and key skills in ROBCAD and Solidedge software. The course includes a mixture of presentation and tutorial, enabling students to gain hands-on experience.
