Dr. Sravan Kumar is accomplished academician in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an unflappable administrator. In recognition of his steadfast commitment towards holistic growth and development of Geetanjali Institute of Science & Technology, he was elevated to the rank of Vice Principal. During his teaching and research career spanning over a period of 18 years, he has demonstrated innovative pedagogic skills, exemplary academic leadership and carried out extraordinary research. He is recognized for his constant endeavour to instil high academic standards to foster research-driven environment.
He was awarded PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur for his outstanding research work in the field of signal processing and wireless communications. He obtained his master’s degree from SRM Institute of Science and Technology and his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University. He has been extending his scholarly services as a reviewer for a couple of technical research journals in his domain. He is actively pursuing research in advanced technology like IoT, AI applications and biomedical signal processing. His innovative interdisciplinary research works have contributed significantly to new knowledge in addressing real-world challenges.
He has been regularly publishing research papers in several peer-reviewed journals. He is also maintaining active profile in several research portals with global outreach. Dr. Sravan Kumar has carved a niche for himself through multiple patents he published during the last six years. He is an active member of Institution of Engineers (IEI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and International Association of Engineers (IAENG). His affiliation to these professional bodies portrays his commitment to engineering education.
