On behalf of Geethanjali institute of science & technology Republic Day of our Nation was celebrated in a colourful and grand manner. Shri.N.Sudhakar Reddy, Correspondent, hoisted the National Flag and accepted the salute and guard of honour by the massive march past of GIST students.
The Correspondent, in his Republic Day speech, gave three most important messages. “All should understand their roles and responsibilities and act according to their responsibilities. He pointed out that the students should feel proud to be ‘Indians’ and being a citizen of a largest Democratic country, all should participate in voting which is fundamental rights of every citizen. Being educated society, we should maintain discipline at all the place and all the time. By maintaining silence we never loss anything like pride instead we gain a lot of appreciation.” All Respected Directors, Respected Principal Prof. G.Subbarao , Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff and students participated in the celebration.
