The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted a Parents–Teachers Meeting on 24th September 2025 at the department Library of the department. The meeting aimed to strengthen the relationship between the institution and parents, review the academic progress of students, and discuss measures for their overall development.
The meeting commenced with a welcome address by the Head of the Department, who highlighted the importance of continuous communication between faculty and parents for the holistic growth of students. Faculty members presented an overview of the academic performance, attendance, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the students during the current semester.
Parents actively participated in the discussions and shared valuable feedback regarding teaching methodologies, mentoring, placements, and skill development activities. They appreciated the department’s efforts in providing guidance to students on higher education, competitive exams, and career opportunities.
The session also focused on discipline, regularity, and personality development of students. Faculty members addressed the queries raised by parents and assured continuous support to enhance student learning outcomes.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the faculty coordinator, expressing gratitude to all parents for their active involvement. Overall, the Parents–Teachers Meeting served as a constructive platform to collaborate for the academic and personal growth of students.
