“Python Programming” at GIST

Three weeks online workshopon PythonProgramming was organizedby the department of ECE, from7th Juneto26th June 2021in collaboration withAPSSDC. The experts from APSSDC explained various concepts of python related aspects right from the fundamentalsfor IIyear II Semester B.Tech ECE students.

The workshop started with a presentation on pythonand its related areas where opportunities are abundant in the industry. The presentation clearly explained what skills are required to become aData Analyst. The entire workshop was designed Introduction to Python Programming Language.

The workshop resource persons initially focused on python fundamentals and then tosome mini projects. The students got a chance to learn in depth about programming methodologies, analysis techniques and Packages and Modulesthoroughly. Meanwhile the queries raised by the students were also answered in an efficient way in all the sessions by the resource persons.

The workshop participants were able to successfully write the python program and run their programs dynamically aftercompletion of the main sessions of the first module.Python programming language is best used for application development, web application or web development, game development, system administration, scientific computing, etc. Google: the Company that needs no introduction, Google. MahaboobBasha ,The head of the department of ECE (Admin) Mr.P.Raghava Reddy, The head of the department ofECE(Academic), Dr.P.Chakrapani HOD,IICC,Mr.U.Penchalaiah,Assistant Professorand faculty members of ECE also took part in the workshop actively.
