Geethanjali institute of science and technology has organized a rally on the theme “Seasonal Diseases” in the village of Gangavaram Kovur Mandal over 60 GIST students from ECE department took out a rally on seasonal diseases bring about seasonal diseases such as malaria, dengue, fever, cholera, chicken pox and few transmitted diseases on 26th Aug 2017 and urged the villagers to adopt preventive measures such as keep the surroundings clean, maintaining personal hygiene, consuming homemade foods and drinking boiled water etc.
The event was coordinated by Mr. Subbaiah, Assistant professor, EEE department of gist. The progamme evolved good response from the villagers who got vastly benefited from the event.
