Awareness Programme at GIST on Universal Human Values
An Awareness Programme on the subject of Universal Human Values was organised at GIST on 01.09.2026 (Tuesday).
Sri Bodhamayanandha Maharaj, Adhyaksha of Ramakrishna Mission, participated as the Chief Guest.
He urged students to cultivate self-restraint and strive for excellence in life.
He highlighted the importance of distinguishing confidence from overconfidence, ego and arrogance.
He encouraged students to read Swami Vivekananda’s works and develop leadership qualities.
He advised students to face challenges boldly and stay away from alcohol, smoking and drug addiction.
