A Report On One Week Online Workshop
on
“Advanced Surface Design by CATIA”
The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a one week online workshop on “Advanced Surface Design by CATIA” with the support of Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation(APSSDC) from 04-04-2022 to 11-04-2022 in Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology.
The inaugural session preceded by the Head of The Mechanical Engineering Department Dr.Ch.Sreenivasa Rao, addressed gathering by IICC Head, Dr.P.Chakrapani and the importance of the workshop by Principal of GIST, Dr.G.Subba Rao.
The main objective of this workshop is to create great learning platform for students of IV year regarding design of the products by using software tool(CATIA) to enhance their knowledge while creating 3D models.
Summohana(HOD) the trainer from APSSDC, explained each and every concept related to Advanced Surface Design by CATIA.
Mrs.G.Nilima supervised the proceedings of the event.
