Farewell function Organised by III B.Tech (Mechanical)
A glittering farewell function was organised by the III &II B.Tech students to bid farewell to IV year Mechanical engineering students on 05-05-2017 i.e., Friday.
Addressing the gathering of the students Dr.G.Subba Rao Principal said that mechanical engineering students should explore the employment opportunities available, in plenty, in Aeronautical, Merchant Navy segment and position of pilot and loco pilots in Indian Railways. He called upon the students to sharpen their technical proficiency in mechanical domain accruing a strong grip on the core fundamentals of their chosen specialisation.
Mr.N.Sudhakar Reddy, Secretary & Correspondent highlighted the crucial role played by mechanical engineering domain in the technological progress of the country. He urged the students to focus on the practical application of engineering theories and concepts in real life situations to contribute to the acceleration of social progress.
Mr.V.Venkaiah, H.O.D, speaking on the occasion said that there is no dearth of opportunities for dynamic and talented engineers, provided their focus, concentration and attitudes are set in right direction.
Mr. Venkaiah outlined the achievements made by mechanical students using their creative and innovative talents. The cultural evoked good response from the audience.
