GIST categorized as “Gold” in AICTE – CII SURVEY
Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology participated in the survey of Industry-Linked Technical Institutes 2017 envisioned by the AICTE(All India Council for Technical Education) – CII(Confederation of Indian Industry). The objective of this survey is to assess the status of partnership between Technical Institutions and Industry. It has been designed on the basis of six basic parameters such as curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, research & services / project & skill development, placements and governance. Allparameters are examined purely from industry and output perspective and not from an academic perspective.
The result of the survey AICTE-CII 2017 reveals that Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology ranked as Gold Standard Institute with the score band at 10-30 in engineering stream. The details can found in page number 76 (S. No. 182) of AICTE-CII 2017 report.
