On imparting professional education, it\u2019s our foremost care to consider comfort of all stake holders to keep amicable environment in the campus. We, GIST (Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology) take practice of transparency, justice and professional ethics in all happenings so that stake holders are not grieved. Staff grievance and redressal committee is to deal with the discontent, dissatisfaction expressed in person or through formal letter complaint.<\/p>\n

Generally Grievant means a student, parent, staff member, group of students or staff members or combination of any of these stakeholders of the institution.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE<\/span><\/h4>\n

  • To ensure harmonious environment in the campus to all staff members<\/li>\n
  • To provide the equal opportunity and hassle free resort to their grievances<\/li>\n
  • To maintain supervision on all activities of grievance and redressal mechanism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • To make awareness on the grievances among faculty and staff community<\/li>\n
    • To be a part in imparting the quality environment by addressing issues of employees<\/li>\n
    • To demand issues\/complaints, investigate by committee recommended and document the activities.<\/li>\n
    • To analyze, comply and forward all received complaints to the concerned departments for necessary action.<\/li>\n
    • To compile and record documents as per department wise and semester wise, also keep the information of the parties involved in safe custody<\/li>\n
    • To disclose pending cases and act to resolve it amicably, and notify the parties of their status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Roles & Responsibilities of Convenor:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • To coordinate enquiry panel meetings whenever grievances aroused by the faculty member and recommend the panel member to chairman<\/li>\n
        • To maintain the department wise, academic year wise documents regarding no. of grievances aroused from the faculty and resolved by the committee.<\/li>\n
        • To keep the committee easily approachable through telephone\/mail\/written\/in person to register faculty issues and conduct the regular meetings<\/li>\n
        • To maintain all documents safely and confidentially and forward the annual report to Chairman\/Principal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
