It is also required to mention the appropriate location where the information is to be hosted on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Roles &amp; Responsibilities of Co-Convener &amp;Technical Member<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To coordinate and updated the website regularly.<\/li>\n<li>For all the completed events, a detailed report along with photographs and news-paper clippings to be verified, collected and converted in to appropriate formats, and also required to mention the appropriate location where the information is to be hosted on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Dept-wise\/college events to be collected with detailed programme &amp; photographs from <a href=\"mailto:gistweb@gist.edu.in\">gistweb@gist.edu.in<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>To Maintain and manage the website data backup &amp; restoring process for all the related college events, reports, photographs etc.<\/li>\n<li>To identify and implement the website more effectively by using themes, and plug-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Roles &amp; Responsibilities of Faculty Members<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To collect and follow up the data with photos from concerned event coordinators in Dept-wise or College events\/programs conducted on dept-wise.<\/li>\n<li>To verify the data collected from concerned event coordinators and make the data alignment or additions(if missing) with photos \u00a0and final data to be submitted to website technical member through \u00a0<strong>gistweb@gist.edu.in<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To collect the final data from Department wise website committee faculty members, the website technical member &amp; coordinator suggested if any requirements or modifications needed.
