The intake was subsequently increased to 120 in 2012<\/strong>, and the department is currently operating with 33 seats<\/strong>. Since its inception, the department has been committed to academic excellence, practical exposure, and industry-oriented learning.<\/p>\n

The department regularly organizes workshops, training programs, and technical events in association with reputed organizations such as APSSDC<\/strong>, Aylin Technologies<\/strong>, and CADD Centre<\/strong>. These collaborations help students gain hands-on experience, enhance technical skills, and stay updated with industry trends.<\/p>\n

The Civil Engineering department is supported by highly experienced and qualified faculty members and is equipped with well-established laboratories<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n

    These labs provide strong practical exposure and ensure students develop essential engineering competencies.<\/p>\n

    In addition to academics, the department actively undertakes consultancy projects<\/strong> for government and private organizations. These projects typically include soil testing, mix design preparation<\/strong>, and other civil engineering investigations. The department also maintains a strong presence in research and development<\/strong>, with faculty and students regularly contributing to publications and innovative studies.<\/p>\n
