Teacher Training Programme

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched a prestigious Soft Skill Training programme for the Teachers first, later to be extended to 1,00,000 students in this current academic year. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher education (APSCHE) in collaboration with British Council has trained Master Trainers for this Pilot Programme. Two faculty members from our Institution Ms. KTE Sandhya Kiran (English) and Ms. M. Manasa (Placement) have been selected as Master Trainers for the District for this programme.

Phase I Teacher Training Programme is in progress between 19^th June and 23^rd June. Ms. KTE Sandhya Kiran is acting as Resource person at GIST imparting Training to around 24 Teachers from diverse faculties from Narayana Engineering College, Nellore and GIST., while Ms. M. Manasa is conducting similar Training Programme at Audisankara College of Engineering for about 30 teachers from Audisankara group of Institutions.

Phase II is scheduled between o3 Jul 2017 and 07 Jul 2017.
